The project offers safe forms of protest for those in Russia as well as instructions on how to avoid persecution. For those abroad, forms of support, including information support, are offered.

The project asks for information about protests, including solitary ones. You can also help by reposting information — one post from abroad replaces a post inside Russia, for which the author can be repressed.
