A support chat where citizens of Russia and Ukraine can ask for advice on how to deal with pressure from the authorities, inability to leave Russia, being fired from a job for an anti-war stance, and other difficulties. ‘Helpdesk’ will help yourself or put you in touch with one of its partners.
